FAQ

1ARE THERE ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
There are few, if any, dietary restrictions. The only thing we ask of our patients is that they abstain from alcohol for the first 10 days after surgery. We also ask them to refrain from eating spicy or salty foods for the first three to five days. Of course, you can eat spicy or salty foods, but only in moderation and without exaggeration.

You can style your hair after the transplant because it is your existing hair. You can use even long hair, comb it, and do any style. It is not interfered with or avoided by the hair transplantation procedure. You may use it normally.
3CAN I CUT MY TRANSPLANTED HAIR?
We want patients to refrain from shaving, cutting, or trimming their hair for at least a month. After about a month, you can shave your hair with scissors on the recipient side and trimmers or clippers on the donor side. However, we do not want you to use trimmers or clippers on the recipient side for at least two to three months because it may pull or damage the skin or hair, so you should avoid it.
4CAN I TAKE SHOWER ON MY HAIR TRANSPLANT DAY?
You certainly can. Water should be avoided on newly transplanted zones. You can wash down to your neck.

You certainly can. However, we advise our patients to begin dying or coloring their hair 6 to 8 weeks after the hair transplant surgery, when hair regrowth begins.
8CAN YOU DRIVE A CAR AFTER THE HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
Wait for our patients to request that someone pick them up and return them home after their hair transplant surgery. We do it for a few reasons. To begin with, hair transplant surgery is a 6-to-8-hour procedure, so you may be exhausted afterward. During the surgery, patients are given medication, some of which can cause them to become sleepy. Please do not drive your car immediately after the hair transplant surgery for your own safety.
9CAN YOU GO OUTSIDE OR WALK UNDER THE SUN AFTER THE HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
There are no limitations in terms of the aspects. The only thing we advise our patients is to avoid excessive sunlight or ultraviolet light exposure for the first six months following hair transplant surgery. We inquired for two reasons. First and foremost, it can result in extensive scar formation, and second, it can result in altered pigmentation across your scalp. So, if you're going to be in direct sunlight for an extended period of time after the hair transfer surgery, please wear a hat, cap, or sunscreen with an SPF of 40 to 50.
10DO YOU GET TO WEAR A HAT AFTER A HAIR TRANSPLANT?
After 10 days, you are free to wear whatever hat you want. Wearing a loose hat or a bandana or a loose scarf will work well for changes.
11ARE MEDICATIONS REQUIRED AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANTATION?
Patients may require medications following surgery. We provide patients with antibiotics, pain relievers, and other swelling medications as part of a package. However, depending on the consultation and the hair transplantation procedure technique, they may need to use other one-year medications that your doctor may prescribe to you, but this is dependent on the patients' ability.
12DO YOU REQUIRE FINASTERID AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANTATION?
Yes. This is something we recommend to patients. Because the usage is usually for the implant, not for the implanted hairs, but for the existing hairs, because there are some existing hairs when we do the implantation. And we need to increase the thickness in order to give the patient a combination treatment because the transplanted hairs will grow. However, if the patient loses his existing hair care, It implies that he may require additional surgery, but our goal is to consider the patient from all angles and ensure that they have a positive outcome in the future. So, in order to prevent hair loss and improve thickness, we intend to use finasteride and, in some cases, minoxidil.
13DO YOU REQUIRE MINOXIDIL AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
Minoxidil is one of the two FDA-approved medical treatments for hair loss. The use of minoxidil is not required, but we recommend it for patients with androgenetic alopecia to help with hair regrowth after heat transfer surgery by minimizing miniaturization of the hair.
14DOES HAIR REGROW IN THE DONOR AREA?
Nope, it doesn't. After your hair transplant, we simply cover that bald spot with your existing hair. As a result, every time you have a hair transplant, your donor area loses 20 to 30 percent of its density additive.
15HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT PRIOR TO MY SECOND HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
This question has a different answer. We must wait at least 6 to 12 months. If we did not perform any incisions or implantations at the area where we want to perform the second surgery, we can do the next surgery 6 months later. However, if there have been any implantations or incisions, it is best to wait at least 12 months.
16CAN I SLEEP AFTER A HAIR TRANSPLANT?
Patients should sleep in their donor area for at least 7 to 10 days following hair transplantation. It's fine if they avoid touching the pillow or other things while sleeping and the transplanted hairs don't touch the pillow or other things. However, we usually advise patients to use a neck pillow, avoid turning to the right or left, and sleep on the donor area, which is the safest part for the patient's condition.
17HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE GRAFTS TO BE SAFE AFTER THE SURGERY?
At least 5 to 10 days after surgery, the grafts become secure. However, within the first 24 hours, the incisions made during the operation will be closed and the wound aids will be closed. As a result, it will become stabilized but still fragile after 5 days, sometimes 6, 7, or even 10 days. Because the grafts may not be as secure, patients should avoid wearing hats or sleeping normally, as well as other activities that we recommend after post-operative care. As a result, patients should avoid doing anything for at least 10 days.
18HOW LONG SHOULD YOU REST AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
It is determined by the nature of your work. If you work in a physical job, we recommend that you avoid physical activity and dusty environments for the first 10 to 14 days. After the hair transplant surgery, until the scabs have peeled away. If you work in an office, outside, or from home, you can return to work two to three days after the heat transfer.
19AFTER THE TRANSPLANT SURGERY, HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU WASH YOUR HAIR?
You should wash your hair every day for the first 30 days after the hair transplant surgery. However, for the first two weeks following the hair transfer surgery, you should wash your hair in the manner described in the clinic or in the guideline.
20IS BLEEDING COMMON AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANTATION?
We anticipate some minor bleedings in the first night or two days following surgery, but we do not anticipate continuous bleeding. Perhaps it's just graft pop-up in some areas, and the bleeding is minimal, which it shouldn't be. There is no need to do anything about it by simply pressing over. It will suffice.
21IS THE HAIR TRANSPLANT VISIBLE AFTER TRANSPLANTATION?le question
In the end, the hair transplant is undetectable. However, as the process progresses, at least after the third week until the fourth or fifth month until the hairs grow, some redness may occur or, due to density or lack of density, it may be noticeable. But when it's fully grown and we see the final result, if it's done properly with the right angle, direction, and implantation, it's barely noticeable. So, whatever we have to do for the patients, we want to give them a natural and aesthetic look after the surgery and the result.
22IS IT BETTER TO USE PRP BEFORE OR AFTER THE SURGERY?
Actually, PRP is not widely accepted by doctors as a treatment for hair loss. However, in my daily practice at our clinic, other doctors prefer PRP when hair loss begins. As a result, repeated prp sessions are very beneficial and have an effect on hair loss problems. And after the surgery, it provides a good recovery period, it heals better, and the growth is faster if done at least once a month for five to six months.
23SHOULD YOU CONTINUE ORAL MEDICATIONS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
Because we never know when the shedding or hair loss will stop in some patients, the answer is very personal. Hair loss may cease immediately following hair transplant surgery. Because the active shedding stage has passed, or in some patients, it may last until the age of 50 or even 55.
24DO YOU NEED TO TAKE FINASTERID AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
Finasteride is one of two FDA-approved medical hair loss treatments. Finasteride is the most effective or efficient medication available today. We must treat androgenetic alopecia in at least 85 percent of patients who use finasteride. The hair begins to improve, regaining volume and density.
25HOW SHOULD PATIENTS EAT AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANTATION?
We do not recommend imposing too many dietary restrictions after hair transplantation. However, we do not want patients to eat more salt during their diet for at least 2 to 3 days in order to prevent some swelling, but other than that, there are no restrictions with any food preference.
26WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOT SEE ANY HAIR REGROWTH 3 TO 4 MONTHS AFTER THE HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
We anticipate hair regrowth between weeks 8 and 16 following the hair transfer surgery. Because of this, some patients' regrowth may take a little longer. We ask our patients to wait at least 6 months before seeing at least 30 to 40% hair regrowth.
27WHAT ARE THE HAIR TRANSPLANTATION SUCCESS RATES?
We anticipate some success rates in various areas. The frontal area, in particular, is more vascularized. So, the success rates are greater than 95 percent, but when it comes to the crown area, the success rates are 70 to 80 percent due to circulation and anatomical and physical physiological conditions. It also depends on the number of grafts required for hair transplantation in the desired area. Even if the patient requires two high graft numbers in the vertex, implanting more grafts in that area will result in lower success rates. As a result, according to hair transplantation principles, each area requires different density implantation during the surgery.
28WHAT KIND OF MEDICATIONS DO PATIENTS REQUIRE FOR LONG-TERM PROGRESS?
According to their current medical condition, patients may need to use finasteride or minoxidil, which are FDA-approved treatments, after hair transplantation. If they have very thin miniaturized hairs in their recipient side, patients may need to use minoxidil and finasteride medication for at least a year after the transplantation to prevent future hair loss or to give them thickness, and after a year we must re-evaluate it.
29WHAT SHOULD THE WATER TEMPERATURE BE FOR THE WASH AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
We advise our patients to wash their heads every day for the first two weeks following hair transplant surgery. It should be done exactly as described in the clinic or as shown in our video. The temperature of the water should be warm; it should not be too cold or too hot; a warm, comfortable temperature is sufficient.

After the doctors have controlled you and say it's safe for you to fly, you can fly back to your country the next day.
31WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO RETURN TO WORK AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANTATION?
Patients who have had hair transplantation can return to work one or two days later. Because it isn't a physical entity. However, if the patient wishes to rest, we recommend that they take at least one or two days off before returning to work. However, the main concern that patients may have is that they may not be seen by other people or eyes during their hair transplantation. As a result, they may not want to go to work right away, but they can return to work two days later.
32WHEN CAN I GO TO THE GYM AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANTATION?
After 15 days of your hair transplant, you can begin light exercises. After one month, you can resume your normal activities and hit the gym hard.

Hair transplantation is a common procedure, and patients may engage in sexual activity following the procedure. Even immediately following surgery, there is no contraindication. It is possible because it is not a contraindication to transplantation. Only the patients must be careful not to overheat during any physical activity, such as a sexual intercourse.
34WHEN CAN I SHOWER AS USUAL AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANTATION?
After 10 days, you can take a normal shower with normal pressure. Your grafts will be attached to your skin in 10 days. As a result, normal pressure will not harm your grafts.
35WHEN WILL I SEE THE HAIR TRANSPLANT'S FINAL RESULTS?
After two years, you will see the best results of the hair transplant. You will begin to see results after six months. Some find it to be far superior to their expectations. And in 6 to 8 months, it will increase, that is, it will be the final result, stands at around 8% of the final results density, in a year it will be around 90% of the final results density, and in two years you will see the final result.
36WHEN WILL YOU BE ABLE TO SEE HAIR REGROWTH OR GROWTH AFTER THE HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
Your hair will begin to grow immediately after the hair transplant surgery. However, between weeks 4 and 8, you will notice that your new hair transplant hair will begin to shed. This is your hair's normal physiology and biology. This is referred to as shock hair loss. When the shock hair loss has subsided, your new hair will begin to regrow around week 8 to 16 after the hair transplant surgery. The first results are visible 4 to 6 minutes after the hair transplant surgery. The initial results are only 30 or 50. The final results, if they are good, will take up to a year. It is approximately 80 to 85 percent of the time, and final results may take up to 18 months after the hair transfer surgery.
37WHAT IS THE BEST SHAMPOO FOR AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANT?
After your hair transplant, you can use any natural shampoo. You should avoid harmful chemicals, and you can research the ingredients of the shampoo to find the best one. However, if you ask my opinion, you can find natural olive oil shampoos that work.

Hair transplants do not protect your existing hair or cause future hair loss. It all comes down to your genetics. You will if your genes are programmed to do so.
39ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS OF HAIR TANSPLANTATION?
We occasionally see some side effects after the operation. However, they are mostly to be expected. It has not resulted in a complication, so what we usually see is a frontal forehead swelling. Redness after surgery can last for at least 2 to 3 weeks. We also see some pimples on the recipient side during the growth fuzz. However, one of the complications that is very rare and could still be seen in an unskilled hand is tissue necrosis on the recipient side, as well as a donor shock loss area, which could result in the operation not looking aesthetically pleasing.
40IS A PRP TREATMENT REQUIRED FOR THE PATIENT AFTER HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
PRP is not a necessary treatment for hair transplant surgery. However, we recommend it because it facilitates hair regrowth, fights miniaturization, and aids in skin recovery after hair transplant surgery.
41ARE FEMALES ELIGIBLE FOR HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
Of course, yes. Unfortunately, hair loss affects 50 to 65 percent of males and 40 to 45 percent of females over their lifetime. It can also be performed on females in some patients with advanced hair loss. In fact, approximately ten of the patients admitted to our clinic for hair transfer surgery are females.
42ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
We made individual decisions for each patient because hair transfer surgery is an aesthetic procedure and everyone's vision of how they should look differs. As a result, we decided on an individual basis. However, it is a widely accepted rule that in order to be eligible for hair transfer surgery, you must have no root time on a scale of and above.
43ARE YOU ALIVE DURING YOUR HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
We want patients to be awake and alert during hair transplant surgery. It can also be done under mild sedation or some local or general anesthetic, but we don't recommend it because it's a cosmetic procedure and a manageable process. So, just some anxiety pills before the surgery will be enough for patients all day because it's a simple procedure and nothing to be concerned about or afraid of. However, most patients believe that it is a lengthy process or invasive surgery when, in fact, it is not and the pain is tolerable.
44CAN HAIR TRANSPLANTS KILL?
Hair transplantation is a surgical procedure, just like any other. There are some risks, but they are very low. What could be the reason for using local anesthetics or medications during surgery? If the patient is allergic to or has anaphylaxis to any of the medications that we are using, this may cause complications during the operation. However, if it is done quickly by a proper team, a doctor, and a good clinic with emergency equipment, it can be avoided and resolved; it can be recovered. Aside from that, patients may occasionally lose more blood during the operation, which may result in shock after or during the operation. However, it is also preventable with a good medical team, which is why we recommend that patients have their surgeries in good clinics with emergency service equipment and some emergency certificates that the team has, and in Smile Hair Clinic we have all of these kinds of American Heart Association certifications repeated regularly every two years, as well as emergency service and we check and monitories patients during the surgery.
45CAN I SELECT MY HAIRLINES?
On the day of the surgery, a doctor will consult with you and you will choose the hairline and zones where the surgery will be performed. Yes, you can. I understand that this is not a cancer surgery, so we must listen to your wishes and desires, but please keep in mind that sometimes we know a little bit better, so please listen to our advice as well. If the hairline you desire is healthy for you, we will perform surgery as is.
46CAN I DRINK ALCOHOL PRIOR TO HAIR TRANSPLANTATION?
We don't want patients to consume alcohol for at least a few days. The reason for this is that alcohol can cause patients with vascular conditions to have more bleeding during surgery. That is why we ask patients to refrain from drinking alcohol for at least 3 to 5 days prior to surgery. As a result, it could be in much better condition during the operation.

An brow transplant takes three to four hours to complete.
49HOW LONG IS THE ONLINE CONSULTATION, FACE TO FACE IN THE CLINIC, OR BEFORE THE SURGERY?
Face-to-face consultations in the clinic or prior to surgery The consultations we provide to patients are highly personalized. It varies depending on their individual needs, questions, and other aspects of the surgery. We cannot provide an exact time because everyone's needs vary. However, our face-to-face consultations typically last 20 to 40 minutes. Because most of the patients we talk to online are far away from us, online consultations may take a little longer. As a result, they want to ensure that all of their questions are answered. We have a preoperative consultation with the patient before the surgery, which may last 15 to 30 minutes longer if necessary.
50HOW MANY GRAFTS ARE REQUIRED FOR A COMPLETE HEAD?
Actually, this varies depending on the size of your scalp. For example, with 5000 grafts, we can't always cover 60 percent of a person's head because his head is so large, but with 4000 grafts, we can cover the entire hat, so it really varies from person to person. So, the most important thing here is to check the density of your donor zone. Because grafts are the sum of your donor zone surface multiplied by its density, having a larger donor zone results in a larger recipient zone. As a result, a high graft number does not always imply a good outcome.
51HOW MANY GRAFTS ARE REQUIRED FOR COMPLETE COVERAGE OF PATIENTS ON THE RECEIPING SIDE?
The risks to patients are calculated just before surgery. We calculated it based on the frontal mid scalp and crown area size and area calculation, multiplied by the appropriate density based on the patient's hair thickness, hair single or multiple ratios. However, in order to achieve full density, an average patient may require up to 10.000 or 13.000 grafts in total. However, in hair transplantation, this is not always possible in a single session, and we try to get as much as we can from the front to the crown in each session in order to provide the appropriate density.
52IS A HAIR TRANSPLANT PERCEPTIBLE?
When you see some people in a crowd, you can tell they have had hair transplants. Actually, you should not realize that the most important thing for us is to provide a natural look with maximum density. As a result, other people should not perform a hair transplant. It's a bad hair transplant if you notice someone has had a hair transplant.
53CAN HAIR TRANSPLANT BE PAINFUL?
Actually, it's not painful. The only painful procedure is the local anesthesia, which you have twice. One in the back before graft extraction and one in the front before incisions. This entire local anesthesia procedure takes about 10 to 15 minutes, and the entire process takes about 6 to 8 hours. As a result, the only time you will experience pain is during the local anesthesia. The time that follows your operation is virtually painless. You will not experience any pain, so you can relax. We have many patients who are sleeping, watching TV, and chatting with us with no worries. As a result, you may feel at ease during your procedure.
54IS A HAIRCUT OR SHAVE REQUIRED DURING THE HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
During hair transplant surgery, we are usually required to shave completely. Because it provides us with more open angles and allows us to see the areas that can be mastered with long hair.
55SHOULD YOU HAVE YOUR HAIR CUT BEFORE HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
We ask our patients not to cut their hair before they arrive so that we can mark the areas where the transfer should be performed and see the affected zones more clearly. So, please do not have your hair cut before arriving; we will perform this procedure here.
56HOW DO YOU PROTECT EXISTING HAIRS DURING A HAIR TRANSPLANT?
Our surgeons are using a magnifying glass to see the scalp clearly. As a result, we know exactly where to make the incision. As a result, we avoid harming the existing hair roots and cells. You will lose your existing hair if we do this. As a result, performing a hair transplant on occasion would be pointless.
57WHAT IF YOU ARE EXTREMELY NERVOUS OR ANXIOUS PRIOR TO THE SURGERY?
If you are nervous, uncomfortable, or anxious before the surgery, we will give you some extra medications to help you relax. We can assist you with this.
58WHAT CAN YOU DO IF YOU ARE TERRIFIED OF HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
First and foremost, ensure that you are familiar with the clinic and the doctor or physician to whom you are entrusting your hair. Because the first and most important step in making you feel at ease is the connection between the patient and the doctor. Because you're going to entrust and authorize us to take the knife to your head. So, to make things easier, go talk to the doctor, ask all of the necessary questions, and ensure you're making the right decision. We can admit you or give you anxiolytic medications if you are overly anxious before the surgery.
59WHAT IMPLANTATION DENSITY IS DESIRED FOR HAIR TRANSPLANTATION?
Actually, it is determined by a number of factors. Following that, we see the extracted grafts with the caliber of the graft, which means the thickness of the graft multiple single ratios, and the graft number. As a result, each patient may require a different density in different areas. However, if we want something standard, we usually don't want to go over 50 or 55 full kilo units per centimeter square in the frontal area and 30 or 35 full kilos in the crown area. Of course, it will differ for each patient. However, excessive use in the frontal or crown areas may result in the extraction of unnecessary grafts. As a result, we want something extremely useful for the patient's requirements.
60WHAT EXACTLY IS LONG HAIR FUE SURGERY?
Long hair FUE is a procedure that does not require shaving or cutting the entire length of the hair.
61WHAT METHOD IS USED FOR THE BEARD TRANSPLANT?
The same is true for hair transplants. For the beard transplant, you can use either FUT or FUE. We like to perform a few surgeries, so we use a few emitted for the beard transplant.
62WHAT IS THE BEST DONOR AREA?
The back of the head is the best donor area for us. We also refer to this area as a safe donor zone because the grafts or hair in this area are usually resistant to the effects of dehydrated testosterone. As a result, they do not shed off all the time after extraction and implantation.
63WHAT IS HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY FOR UNSHAVEN HAIR?
The technique in which the recipient side is not shaved is known as unshaven hair transfer surgery. There is a significant misunderstanding. When patients believe that no area of the recipient or donor area is shaved during unshaven hair transplant surgery. The donor area does not always need to be shaved for proper graft extraction. The receipt inside may be capped, and we make incisions in between the existing hair, which is why it's occasionally referred to as an unshaven procedure, but it's not a completely unshaven procedure.
64WHAT ANESTHETICS ARE USED IN HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
Most of the time, we use both short-acting and long-acting anesthetics. Xylocaine, Marcaine, or Bupivacain are used. We adjusted with a diluted adrenal solution to increase their work time or effect.
65WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO GET A HAIR TRANSPLANT?
When you look in the mirror, if you think you would look much more beautiful, if you think your appearance would improve, if you are unhappy with your appearance, and if you are disturbed when you see your photos, it is time for you to get a hair transplant. We occasionally perform hair transplants on children who have burns and scars from accidents. However, if you are over the age of 18, you can get a hair transplant whenever you want.
66WHICH LABORATORY TESTS ARE NECESSARY BEFORE HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
Some laboratory tests may be performed prior to surgery. It would benefit the patient's condition. Of course, if the area is completely bald and we need to implant it, we don't need to investigate as many things. However, if the thinning is diffuse and the hairs are becoming thinner, patients should be evaluated by a dermatologist. If we can have the consultation before the surgery, we may advise patients to take some laboratory tests just before the surgery because it will give us a combination treatment after the surgery.
67WHO SHOULD NOT HAVE HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
Not all patients with hair loss or hair loss problems are candidates for hair transplant surgery. Patients who are undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, patients with autoimmune diseases, or patients whose hair loss is caused by factors other than androgenetic alopecia, such as alopecia areata, or patients whose hair loss is caused by dietary factors, the first treatment plan for them is to treat the underlying condition and then decide on hair transplant surgery.
68WILL CURLY HAIR BE TRANSPLANTED?
If a person has curly hair, the transplanted hair will be curly as well. If, on the other hand, a graft is damaged or stressed more than it should be during the transplantation, the result will be curly hair, also known as kinky hair. So, no, if the person is not curly, the transplanted hair will not be curly.
69WILL YOUR HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY BE SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes! We have very strict rules for patient privacy in Turkey, according to the laws. We do not share any pictures of the patient before or after surgery on any social media or websites unless the patient gives his or her permission.
70WHY SHOULD YOU GO TO TURKEY FOR HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
Turkey is located at the crossroads of Asia and Europe. It's a massive hub in one of the world's busiest areas. Furthermore, the high quality of the work at reasonable prices makes it very appealing to patients seeking affordable and high-quality hair transplant procedures.
71WHY IS TURKEY A CHEAP HAIR TRANSPLANT?
Turkey is now one of the market leaders in hair transplantation. It happens in ten years. However, not only in Turkey, but all over the world, there were not as many clinics performing transplants. When there is more competition, the free trade economy causes prices to fall. Many new clinics have opened in Turkey in the last 5 to 10 years. The majority of doctors from state hospitals or public work become liberal and open their own hair salons. Because of the competition, it causes the market to lower its prices. It doesn't mean the less expensive transplant isn't effective. It is dependent on the clinic's experience with this. If the clinic has seen thousands of patients from all over the world. The technique has not changed over time. For us, the experience has changed. For my part, I see thousands of patients from all over the world, from America to Australia. I'm seeing different ethnic backgrounds, different face types, and different hair techniques, which allows me to perform the appropriate transplantation. This market is becoming more affordable due to increased competition.
72WHY ARE FUE TRANSPLANTATION RATES HIGHER?
When we do extractions and FUE procedures on a daily basis, we have the opportunity to separate all of the good grafts, classify them according to the number of folders they have, and use them appropriately in specific areas of the scalp. This careful planning and classification of the graphs increases our chances of successfully implanting them.

We began to see an increase in patients from the United States and Canada, and we continue to see a large number of patients from other European countries.
75WHAT IS THE BEST HAIR TRANSPLANTATION TECHNIQUE?
Hair transplantation techniques vary depending on the patient's condition. In some cases, we prefer to use the Sapphire Microblade Technique, which is more appropriate. We prefer DHI in some patients. Both implantation techniques are performed in our clinic. However, we only use FUE (Follicular Unit Excision) for extraction. After the follicles have been extracted, they should be implanted in one of two ways: The first is that we make the incisions first, then implant the grafts inside those incisions. DHI is the other method. DHI is a pen method in which graphs are inserted into a pen and implanted at the same time in the incisions. Which is better depends on the needs of the patients. DHI is superior in some patients, and we are using it. In DHI, we use the Sapphire Technique on some patients. I mostly use this technique on female patients or on patients who require inner particle area with non-shaven method. However, I believe that the Sapphire technique is my daily practice that I find better and superior to the other technique for arranging the angle direction and incision density during my operations.
76WHAT IS THE BEST COUNTRY FOR HAIR TRANSPLANT?
For the last decade, Istanbul, Turkey has been the hair transplant capital. Every year, over one million men travel to Istanbul solely for hair transplants. As a result, you can consider Istanbul to be the best hair transplant destination right now because you will pay much less than you would in Europe, the United States (U.S), and Canada. However, after two years, you will have a much better result.
77WHAT METHOD DOES THE BEARD TRANSPLANT USE?
Both surgical techniques, FUT or FUSS Follicular Unit Strip surgery; or FUE is a suitable technique for blood transfer surgery; nowadays, more than 90% of beard transplants are done with a FUE.
78HOW DOES THE SAPPHIRE FUE METHOD WORK?
Sapphire FUE is a type of FUE that uses a sapphire microblade to create a recipient site in all incisions or channels.
79HOW MUCH DOES HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY COST IN THE UNITED KINGDOM?
Prices vary greatly between clinics. However, based on what we can see online or through internet sites, or from the experience of patients who have done or performed the surgeries in other clinics, the prices range from around four and a half to fifteen to twenty thousand pounds.
80WHAT DOES THE TERM "LIMITED DONOR AREA" MEAN?
The term "limited donor area" refers to a donor zone that is insufficient or weak. This could be due to a variety of factors. Was the patient previously operated on? Are there any significant scars on the back of the head? or did the hair loss spread into the donor area, creating a horseshoe shape on the back side of the head? Is the hair fine or coarse? These are all the factors that describe the donor area's quality.

There are two surgical techniques: FUE (follicular unit extraction) and FUT (follicular unit strip surgery). There is also a physical device called "Triple LT," which is a low light laser treatment for hair loss.
83WHAT IS THE INCISION OR IMPLANTATION DENSITY DURING HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY?
It's very individual, just like any other question we've discussed. However, there are average figures. A good density is achieved by making 40 to 60 incisions per cm square. Medium density is 30 to 40 incisions per cm square, while low density is 20 to 30 incisions per cm square. There is a major misunderstanding. When the patient believes that the high-density incisions implantation, the better the outcome. There is one point to be made here! The more incisions you make, the more likely we are to damage the vasculature or blood vessels beneath the skin. As a result, blood flow to the grafts will be reduced, as will the surrounding environment. The appropriate density, good angle of direction, and depth are the good techniques here.

They adjust to the face after a few months. People are perplexed that you had a beard transplant. The most important aspect here is to implant only one hair. If you implant multiple hairs on your face, the result will appear fake, and people will be able to tell you had a hair transplant.
87WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT PRE-EXISTING HAIR?
We want to keep the existing hair during the surgery because we take the majority of the grafts from the donor area; if we protect the existing hair and just increase the cumulative thickness in the recipient side, that's a good thing for the patient because he may need another transplantation in the future. As a result, it will be a more cautious approach. We want to keep the current hair. We're using extra magnifiers to identify existing hair and want to keep them safe. In certain circumstances, If it is baby hair or terminal hair, it can be implanted over it, but otherwise we want to do the implantation while keeping the existing hair.

There may be a medical treatment for hair loss depending on the stage and type of heroes you have. For example, there is a minoxidil and finasteride treatment for genetic alopecia. Other treatment options for autoimmune diseases may exist. Or, if you are undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, we must wait for the treatments to be completed and the hair follicles to recover.

93IS A HAIR TRANSPLANT LONG-LASTING?
Hair transplants are usually permanent, and any future hair loss will not affect the transplanted hairs. However, in order to extract more numbers, we normally extract the graphs from the saved on our area, but in order to extract more numbers, we extend the donor area a little bit further. Out of safety in our area, grafts are usually lost if there is a receding in the future. However, we usually use those hairs in the front layer lines, and if the patient has a receding hairline, the result will be a naturally receding hairline. So, yes, we are permanent, but in some cases, we are not permanent and are only temporary.

Hair transplantation is one method of dealing with hair loss. If the patient's condition is more severe, the recipient side should be restored. 97IF YOU HAVE WHITE HAIR AND WANT TO KNOW IF YOUR TRANSPLANTED HAIR WILL BE WHITE AS WELL?
Yes, the answer is yes. Because we take the hair from the back of the head and distribute it randomly and evenly. As a result, the donor area looks even after the extraction. A hair transplant is an organ transplant, similar to a kidney transplant, heart transplant, liver transplant, or cornea transplant. Because they are more vital, we usually use immune suppressive agents after organ transplants to just press on the immune system for white for vitality. However, because hair transplantation is a cosmetic surgery, it is not necessary to do anything, and thus it cannot be considered as another organ transplantation from someone, whereas other organ transplants are widely performed.
